1. How much is the shipping fee charged per order ?

Delivery charges are based on locatio, quantity and weight of product. It will be calculated upon checkout. 

2. How long is the delivery ?

We normally ship out your order within 3 working days, but it could take longer time during sales or promotion event. Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days depending on courier provider. 

3. How can i track my parcel ?

Tracking number will be updated in your order page, and sent to your email in 1-3 working days once we shipped out the parcel. Kindly check your oder page for latest update. We primarily use Poslaju, DHL, GDEX, Skynet or others depending different delivery location. 

4. If delivery failed, will there be any additional charges for re-delivery?

Yes. If parcel was not delivered to recipient due to unable to reach recipient or input wrong delivery address, a second delivery fee will be charged to buyer.
