Return & Exchange Policy
If you received products in damaged, defective condition or wrong products, you may return and exchange the products. Goods can be returned for exchange but non-refundable .
Kindly follow steps below for return request:
- Return request must be informed within 7 days after you received the product.
- You are required to snap a picture of the damaged / defective / faulty product to us before initiate the return.
- Send us a message or chat with us to initiate return.
- Change of mind is NOT acceptable.
- Product must be in original condition and same packaging with original tags attached.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn or unaltered in any kind.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
- If the damage of the product caused by manufacturing defects or material defects, we will exchange a new product to you within 3 working days.
- Product(s) can only be exchanged with the same product. If a colour and/or size is not available, exchange can be made for other product with same price, or you can top up for the other product if exceed the value.
- If the damaged of the product found to be caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or activities other than the intended purpose, we will reject your return item and ship back the products to you at your own cost.
- Please note that customer will be charged for return delivery fee to Bclover address and second delivery to recipient’s address.
